Sandra Gay  (Casteen) Smith "Sandy" the second child of Bill Casteen and third child of Vonnie Casteen. She is  married to Randy Smith and resides in North Carolina.  She was grandpa's (Reno Raymond Rooks) favorite.  She has four children:  Danielle, a college graduate who, with her husband, awaits their first child, Michael Paul, a doting father himself, Brandy, a college student who wants to teach, and Krystal, a high school student.  Also a smart lady dedicated to her family.  Don't ask her about her opinion if you don't want it straight.
